Terms and Conditions- Booking Confirmed

Deposit is taken for all trial bookings, group bookings, party bookings and bridal bookings to secure your appointment.

If you would like to confirm the booking for the wedding day or other occasions, a 50% deposit of deposit is required to secure the date. This will be deducted from your final payment.

If you cancel/rearrange your trial, you will be charged 50% of your trial deposit. All deposits are non refundable.

After the initial deposit paid you have 7 days cooling off period whereby you may cancel your booking however if after the cooling off period elapses the remainder must be paid in full, regardless if you cancel.

Hair is washed the night before with just simple shampoo and no conditioner.

Hair must be straightened prior if you have frizzy hair.

On the day of your function, please ensure outfit and jewelry, accessories is set up ready to wear.

Food must be eaten prior the start of your hair and makeup.

Time will be allocated to you of a maximum of 1 and half hours for party hair and makeup, party makeup 40 mins and 30-45 mins on hair. It is therefore necessary to start promptly. A time frame of 3 hours is needed for all Bridal bookings.

Any delays will not be of any fault of Farah Syed MUA. So please ensure that you are ready to go as soon as Farah Syed MUA arrives for your booking.

Natural lighting is very important, so please allow space near a window to carry out your makeup.



You agree to pay the remainder of the balance 10 days prior the function date in cash if you are in a relatively close location. If you are a distant away then on the first day of your first functions it will need to be paid upfront.

If haven’t discussed, Hair extensions for hair down/half hair up /half down is always charges extra. Any hair accessories are extra charges should you need them. If you need hair pieces for clients with short hair for up do this is EXTRA, this will range between £5-10 dependent on your hair length and what it is that you require.

If you require Farah Syed to come out to you, there will be a call out charge will should be discussed and agreed upon during booking. If you require Farah Syed before 8am there will be a top up charge on top of the call out charges as these are considered out of working hours.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking after the deposit has been made. Then the deposit will be non refundable. This is because deposits are used to secure your date and time and could have otherwise been booked with other clients. If you decide you want to cancel one or more functions but use the deposit to pay for another function then this will not be acceptable to transfer over to another day. For the days you wish to cancel those dates the deposit will be non refundable.

If you change your booking dates once the dates have been booked and the artist is unavailable then you will forfeit your deposit. Every effort will be made to try and accommodate your needs.
